-Comment: Young boy Öcsi (aka Tony) (Krisztián Kovács) in tight Lederhosen (looks like smooth finish or nappa). This was the first unknown entry. I have some parts on VHS and didn't know this title. I searched a lot but couldn't find it. I first assumed an East German DDR DEFA film, but not sure (might be West Germany or Polish or else). It features combination of live action and animation film with animated Heinzelmännchen (brownies, leprechauns). I don't know this complete film, but don't like very young boys in Lederhosen. Might be funny and good family entertainment, but for Lederhosen scenes rating 3 for now. Possibly also others in Lederhosen. 3 men in medium blue bib overalls.
I tried a Google image search by image and test this pic below. For more infos, see post "Info 8: Google image search by image"

Update:Finally I found the title of this film. Haho Öcsi! Aka "Tony and the Tick Tock Dragon".  It was released on DVD and there is also a sequel. I have to check both films completely, but I think I can't rate higher than 3-4 for this film and young boy.
