I thought that I found another missing post, but it's just a different title. The IMDb title is again/still wrong. Though I tried different searches, I couldn't find it here (except on the A-Z list, rating 4). I found my post checking the July 2017 posts. Nice white sailot suit with a rectangled front.

The pic was missing though (as rating 4), so I re-uploaded it.

Next to Niklas and young girl Merle in short Lederhosen (rating 3, see main post) they also wore blue shirts and white collars and caps. I now have re-uploaded both pics that were missing from the main post. I think very few and brief scenes.

Re-upload of all 4 pics from the 2017 Christmas update. I had then fully seen the movie on TV. Rating 5. The updated info for these in the main post (update 2 text) is lost. I have 3 more pics, so I probably had another update.

I also have the 1931 version (rating 5 b&w), the 1964 US version (rating 4) and Kästner und der kleine Dienstag (2016, rating 3, currently no pic).

Another missig post. A very young boy in a sailor suit. Light blue big collar. Straw hat. Pic from 5. Dec 2019. UK/USA 1998.

Rating maybe ~3 or less. I assume few/very few and brief scenes.

I think I now have most of the notable missing posts. I think these are from an older computer, I have copied later. I will now continue mainly with Our Gang episodes.

Many pics of rating 4 and less are also still missing but posts exist. Same for some (higher rated) updates. But most best pics should be in the main posts.

Der Krieg und ich

 

Another missing post. Pic from 6th Nov 2019. At least 2 boys in buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders. I'm not sure if this is from the 2019 series. But I haven't found any other. The series is mainly in color but also has some b&w footage scenes. And also has 30s uniforms.

I remember having seen some or most episodes but I think few episodes are of interest. 8 episodes. 3 with girls as main character. 2 with boys from Germany, one is 15 yo. Best color scenes maybe in ep 1 (10 yo German) and ep 5 (10 yo from Poland). Maybe Lederhosen (long?) in ep 2 color, 10 yo from Norway.

For the few and brief Lederhosen scenes rating ~3. Color scenes/serie itself a bit higher. There are better movies/series/documentaries.

Rasputin, Dämon der Frauen

Another missing post, also previously missing on my Rasputin list. 1932 German movie. Starring Conrad Veidt as Rasputin and I think Britain Kenneth Rive (1918-2002) as Alexei.

Rating maybe ~3. I hadn't found a better scene (then) pic from 23. Sept 2019. He wore at least a dark blue sailor suit as shown on publicity pics/lobby cards. Also a sailor man.

Mario und der Zauberer

Another missing post. 1994 movie, Austria, France, Germany, set in the 1920s. Both pics from 23. Oct 2019. English title Mario and the Magician.

Pic 1 is probably a girl, I think Mario Schweser. Maybe pic 2 as well? Also a lady. Also bathing costumes and less. Also starring boys, but obviously I didn't noticed any in sailor suits.

Starring and directed by Klaus-Maria Brandauer. Novel by Thomas Mann. Boy actor Jan Wachtel (pic 1 on right ?).

Rating was probably 3 or less likely 4.

Ich - Dann eine Weile nichts

Another missing post (not on the A-Z list). Obviously all posts (that I hadn't re-uploaded before) from ~Dec 2018-March 2020 are missing on the A-Z list. Very few movies still missing. I think ~3 with Lederhosen and ~9 with sailor suits. And maybe 1-2 updates. So I will add the Our Gang movies after that and girls. Obviously I already had re-uploaded the best movies.

Another missing post, not on the A-Z list. Also on my other blog rating 5. Rating here was 3 as mentioned there. US film. Boy in a light blue sailor blouse with matching collar and white tie. Also a man in a white sailor suit (pics on IMDb). Setting 1920s-1960s. Scene pictured looks like the 60s. I had one other pic, rear view, collar flying up but probably few and brief scene(s). A lost post, also missing on the A-Z list. Soviet film aka Maximka. Original title: Максимка. Rating maybe 4 (or 3). I like the big collars. Starring black boy Anatoliy Bovykin (1943-1958) as main character who was rescued. Also men in sailor suits. Based on novel.
