I found a clip in very poor quality on YouTube but haven't found this scene, so I assume very few and brief scenes. But looks very interesting. Needs to rechecked later.

Not to be confused with a 2014 movie starring Josefine Preuß or it's sequel (2017 ?).

Also other historical clothes, 30s uniforms, shorts, altar gowns etc. A brief spanking scene (hand) in ep 1. Worst is ep 4 set in  the 1960s. Best ep 2, then 1. Some Lederhosen (all pics) have much patina or are of smooth finished leather. Procession in ep 3 inclusing men in Lederhosen and altar boys. 30s uniform at least in ep (older boy, mainly rear view).

Searching for my unknown Italian movie, I'm currently checking again all Italian movies and series <1992 on IMDb and so found this. 

Pic 1 from part 2 Leb' wohl, du mein Südtirol. Pics 2+3 from part 1 Brennende Lieb'. Very interesting. I only have checked this at very high speed. Directed by Karin Brandauer.

Very interesting. I think I have seen it many years ago. How could I miss this? Needs to be rechecked. Main character is the girl Gudrun with very long, dark pigtails. But the boy is obviously also often shown. Not sure about the amout of Lederhosen. Maybe half in Lederhosen and other half in uniform.

Rating ~7-8 for now.

Starring James Woods. Boys are Mark Devitt, Tommy Gilchrist, Gerard Kelly and Adam Reed. Main character Rufus by Shane Nickerson.

1960 play by Tad Mosel. More famous is the 1963 b&w movie with at least Michael Kearney in a white sailor suit, coming soon. Better is the 1981 version, rating 4

Also some other boys in historical clothes/knickers. Also a lady with a large collar. Other boys are Robby Kiger (*1973) and Gregory Brown.

After having found the NBC Live Theater play The Member of the Wedding (1982), other blog rating 7-8 with a boy in shortalls, I searched for more NBC plays and only found this one.

Quite interesting collars but the boy in the real suit is very young. Also starring William Hurt.
