–Comment: Happy New Year! I found some parts on my VHS. At least some parts are available online. Luckily I found the title as I had the text "Bleib fröhlich und lustig ein Knab in Steinfeld". First 0 Google hits, but then I found it under Oper Steinfeld.

Some young boys (of a 1880s boys choir) in light grey buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders. Open jackets.

I don't know the full opera. I assume rather few scenes. 

3h opera by Friedrich Cerha. Novel by Peter Turrini. Based on a tale. 

And young boys. So rating ~3-(4).

Mike Zobrys is the younger brother of Benjamin Zobrys (Kartoffeln mit Stippe, rating 10). Benjamin also starred here (riding). 

Rating ~2-3 for this few scenes. Series itself much higher. 

Anita & the Kids of United Europe

 

I've uploaded some 1989 episodes, some more to come. In episode about Great Britain (clip 1 below), is a very young Scottish boy in a kilt singing and dancing. And there's a boys choir (Liverpool Cathedral Choir singing Yesterday with the host). Rather few good scenes, mainly in the second half. Much better is my Belgian clip (clip 2, no classical choir, no sailor suit and Lederhosen though).

Sorry, I'm currently busy and running out of movie. I found on a VHS a very young boy sitting in Lederhosen or might be shorts (rear view) milking a paper cow. Brief scene. Kids carnival. Few good scenes. Most of interest the sailor suit of the doll. Based on a podcast.

–Comment: At least this girl in a nice short dark blue sailor dress. Collar with 2 stripes. Red scarf. Also at least a girl in blue shortalls or mor likely a dress. I first found 2 short clips then 5 short clips on YouTube what could almost be the complete movie. But later also one complete official clip. Director Tamela D'Amico. Quite late 1946 setting.

In fact I was searching for the 1999 Italian movie "Volare!".

–Comment: At least 2 girls in different sailor dresses. More of interest some boys in white undershirts. It almost looks like my missing Italian assumed unknown film 9 but it's unlikely (hair at ears). Also interesting plot. First Israeli feature film about homosexuality. Main character is a 12 yo boy and his teacher.

For the girls rating ~2-3. Movie probably much higher. 

I haven't found the full movie yet but a trailer on the directors site (Wolmandan) with these pics.

New post from the 16mm channel. Germany 1956. 25 minutes. Young boy ~10 yo in Lederhosen with H-style suspenders. Scene pictured at the end. In most scenes he wore a jacket over them. Good scene at 6, hands in pockets. Another boy cycling at 10 but I think in shorts.

Der Krieg und ich

 

Another missing post. Pic from 6th Nov 2019. At least 2 boys in buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders. I'm not sure if this is from the 2019 series. But I haven't found any other. The series is mainly in color but also has some b&w footage scenes. And also has 30s uniforms.

I remember having seen some or most episodes but I think few episodes are of interest. 8 episodes. 3 with girls as main character. 2 with boys from Germany, one is 15 yo. Best color scenes maybe in ep 1 (10 yo German) and ep 5 (10 yo from Poland). Maybe Lederhosen (long?) in ep 2 color, 10 yo from Norway.

For the few and brief Lederhosen scenes rating ~3. Color scenes/serie itself a bit higher. There are better movies/series/documentaries.
