I don't know all episodes, but this looks very good. I think this is a sequel to
"Beleet parus odinokiy" (1937), see also one entry earlier, b&w, rating 6. At least similar with 2 boys (one called Pavlik) as main characters (one without sailor suits).

Russian title "Волны Черного моря", filmed 1975, released on 2 DVDs.

I still have to check the other episodes. Skinny dipping in the sea in episode 1. Rating 7 for now.
