Heimatfilm starring Paul Hörbiger
-Year: 1950
-Year in film: 1950
-Country: Germany
-Who in clothing: boys ~ 5-12 ys, Lederhosen
-Who in clothing 2:
-Available on DVD: VHS only ?
-I own: yes, TV recording
-Clothing occurence: low
-Rating: 4/10
-Rating: ****
-Comment: Some mostly younger boys in the background in traditional, I think most or all in buckskin Lederhosen. Also 2-3 older boy (2 scenes, the one pictured and one at a train). Few Lederhosen scenes, I think in total 4 scenes, no good view from close up. Also about 10 altar boys or choir boys in white clothing with red collars.
This was the first color Heimatfilm in Germany after WWII. Based upon the operetta by August Neidhardt. Starring Sonja Ziemann, Rudolf Prack and Gretel Schörg. Directed by Hans Deppe. English title: "The Black Forest Girl". Have only found a VHS release. And I think no clips on YouTube from this 1950 version.
Quite good and interesting movie and also lots of other traditional clothing. For the few Lederhosen scenes, rating 4 only.
