-Comment: Dickie Moore (pictured) in I think white sailor suit. Dark (blue) short collar, 3 stripes. Also in other clothing and shorts. And a woman in a dark dress similar to a sailor dress, but collar seems to be attached or even printed. And an old man in breeches.
I didn't checked the complete movie, but according to the thumbnails I assume rather few sailor suit scenes. However looks quite good. Dickie Moore also starred in Oliver Twist (1933).
Also starring Lila Lee, Clarence Geldart and The Megglin Kiddies. 66 minutes b/w (however the archive org version is only 51 minutes). Released on remastered DVD.
Rating 5 for now but have to check. Available at
