-Comment: Cameron Monaghan (pictured) in a green grey sailor suit. Maybe also some few girls in sailor dress or similar with a white collar.
After the original 1962 version (starring Robert Preston and 7 yo Ronnie Howard, rating 9, see that entry) I considered also buying this version. But I discovered only 2 short scenes of this boy in a sailor suit (also dancing).
Same songs and similar plot, but I don't like this remake, not only because of the few sailor suit scenes. Quite interesting other historical clothes (mainly grown ups) and also some men and a black teen boy in bib overalls (see my other blog). My favorite song is Wells Fargo Wagon, which is also completely different shown here.
Sorry I don't buy this one but might have missed some scenes, so I have to wait for a broadcasting and update this later.
For more infos see my 1962 entry here, the 1962 version on my overalls blog (rating 10 with shirtless boys in bibs). The 2003 version on my overalls blog is still missing.
