I don't know this movie, but the plot looks quite interesting, though very violent. There is also a related anime, manga and video game. Sountrack by Deep Purple and Chuck Berry. Japanese title "ラスト・ブラッド", Chinese title "小夜刀：最后的吸血鬼"

I have to check this again later. Rating 3 for now. Not sure of other actors in sailor dresses.
