-Comment: Some kids in sailor suits. 3 short scenes. Most notable a boy with brown collar (pic top left) 3 stripes, pants 7/8th length (top right) at the beginning of this film. Some ~10 minutes later also I think at least 2 other boys in light blue sailor suits (one with medium blue short pants other with longer blue pants, bottom left). Showing backsides of 2 blue collars (maybe same actor). 3rd scene some kids are playing on the streets (background) including 2 young girls in white sailor dresses (unpictured). Later a woman with sailor dress looking collar (pic below). Also good historical clothings, uniforms, hats, women with umbrellas etc.
As I saw the beginning, I though wow, another 9 or 10 rating. Unfortunately only very few scenes with kid actors. Famour actors, next to Hasse also Hansjörg Felmy, Ralph Wolter, Edith Hanke and others. I don't like this film. It's boring. The end scene at court with Rudolf Platte is quite funny. Can't rate any higher than 5-6 for sailor suit scenes. Directed by Wolfgang Staudte ("Ciske - Ein Kind braucht Liebe" aka Ciske de rat (1955)). Haven't found any DVD nor VHS release. Novel by Heinrich Spoerl (1936). There are also other films of that. International title "The Mazzle".
