Kindermädchen für Papa gesucht (Germany 1957). The boy pictured is Peter Fischer as Heinerle. A comedy film starring Gunther Philipp. Rating 7 for now. I still have to check it completely and make an ordinary entry. Obviously no DVD nor VHS release.
