Thanks very much David for pointing out the correct title of this series. The boy is called Pavel and is obviously Czech. And it's available on DVD. (Few scenes and available online, so no need for buying it).
Some scenes but rather few and short ones as assumed. I didn't expect a Circus setting. Set in 1969.

Hi! I'm not sure he's Polish. We have name "Paweł" in here, but "Pavel" may be Czech.
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree. The exact nationality is and will be unknown. Could be somewhere in Eastern Europe, Russian or German. Maybe a descent mix.
ReplyDeleteBut why would a Czech explain and introduce Polish landmarks? So I thought he might be Polish as well.
Czech, yes! He´s showing the capitol to the girl, giving explanations, they are visiting a school where kids have circus-training. In one scene he tells about his father, livinng in that town.
ReplyDeleteThanks very much. I didn't even remember why I thought, he's Polish. Maybe I didn't know the correct capital.
