-Comment: One boy at about 1h10 in a long white sailor suit, white collar and dickey, 2 stripes each (very short scene). Also I think 2 boys in good historical clothing (one younger boy in color at the end of the movie). Also some girls acting (some with pigtails) in historical clothing/dresses but no sailor dresses.

First I considered something else for today, but why not a British film (even set in London) because of the Olympic Games? Another movie with a teen boy in a kilt coming soon.

That's the other suggestion. Thanks very much. First I had problems finding this movie, then this scene. It's a very short flashback scene of an old lady (they are also sitting on the beach but shown from a distance). I haven't seen the backside and the collar flap. Due to the flashback, I'm not exactly sure of the time setting of this scenes (I read Victorian and also Edwardian, so might be much earlier).  I only checked some frames of about every minute , so I haven't really seen this movie at slow speed. It's a good ghost story (1983 novel by Susan Hill) and I would maybe give a higher rating for the movie itself, but I can't rate any higher than 3-4 for this short sailor suit scenes. And I like white sailor suits and collars. But I somehow don't like the older Daniel Radcliffe and still see him as Harry Potter. Rated PG-13, so it's a dark thriller and ghost film and not a slasher horror film.

Also starring Emma Shorey, Molly Harmon and Sophie Stuckey. There is also a related 1989 movie (which I also have to check) and also earlier, so probably unrelated movies.
