-Comment: At least Frank Reichelt in buckskin Lederhosen without suspenders. 2 zippers. At least 3 other (teen) boys, but probably without Lederhosen.
1969 novel by Benno Pludra about kids who want to refloat the cutter "Tambari". Also starring Erwin Geschonneck and Kurt Böwe. Available on DVD "Icestorms Flimmerstunde" (red cover with movie "Als Unku Edes Freundin war" (another very famous DEFA film).
I don't know this movie and found this by coincidence. No trailers.
The boy(s) are older than most others in DEFA films, but I prefer traditional Lederhosen with suspenders and Heimatfilms (or smooth finish) anyway. B&w movie. 1 actor in Lederhosen.
So rating 5-6 for now only.
