-Comment: Many (teen) girls and young women in sailor dresses in this film series for kids/teens. There are also some boys acting, but I don't know of any in sailor suits yet. I recently searched the web for pics and movies by foreign including Japanese translation of "sailor suits" and found this interesting film series. As I'm not able to understand Japanese it was very difficult using translations, search for actress' names, image search and image by image search. I haven't checked each film yet, but the most interesting ones I couldn't find online. One of the best websites is this

The only movies I know is Pippi Longstocking and Heidi. But more than half of the films are Japanese films, often Sci-Fi, some of Ryu Mitsuse. The most famous is maybe Time Traveler 1972 "Taimu toraberâ" of the sub (novel) series "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time". I also have problems finding entries at IMDb as I don't know the correct non-Japanese title. Some films are

I have to check the movies if I have more time, maybe someone can help here. All films seem to be released on DVD. Cover depicting a waved vintage TV set. Rating 5 for now.
