Thanks for this suggestion! I only checked this movie on YouTube at high speed and I only noticed this very short scenes of kids (the boy right at the beginning, the girl at 13 minutes). At least her collar is shown close-up. If there are more scenes, please comment.
Very famous movie aka "M - Eine Stadt sucht einen Mörder", (Morders Among Us) starring Peter Lorre, Theo Lingen and Gustaf Gründgens. Timeless plot about a child murderer. Maybe b&w movies and not for everyone and for the few sailor suit scenes I can't give a higher rating than 2-3. It's also nothing special that kids wearing sailor suit in the early 1930s. However it's quite rare to show kids in thrillers. I think Metropolis (1927) is much better and even more famous.
I have seen this movie many years ago and couldn't remember all scenes, so I will check and update it again the next broadcasting. I also have updated Rheinsberg (1967) but no need for more pics. Still rating 6 (good but few period clothing, including bathing costumes/suits). Die Landärztin (1958) will be updated in 1 or 2 days (see previous entry).
