-Comment: Young men in dark and white sailor suits (long collars) and also women in at least white long and very short maritim dresses. Also starring at least a little girl and 7 yo Zebedy Colt (unknown if kids in sailor suits as well).
Starring Eleanor Powell, James Stewart and Virginia Bruce. I found this during research for Honolulu (1939), rating 3, also starring Eleanor Powell in a sailor dress.
I don't know this complete movie and have to check it again later. Maybe a typical movie / musical with sailors. There are some clips on YouTube but maybe no need to embed them.
