This is my 2nd blog about feature films, TV series and documentaries with boys, girls, men and women in sailor suits, Lederhosen and other historical clothing of the 19th century and beyond. I collect informations, trailer videos, low-res images and personal comments/ratings. This blog was introduced in 2011. 2012-2020 on Wordpress. Now I'm back. Update will take a while.

-Comment: Czech Jirí Strach (pictured on top and bottom in a light blue short sailor suit, rare short white collar) and at least 4 other boys in different short sailor suits (mostly supporting actors). One with a long blue collar, obviously his brother, probably Jan Novák as Conny, pic 2 and 4).
Very good series (331 minutes), autobiographical novel by Siegfried Lenz. Not yet released on on DVD. I have some parts on VHS, but don't remember the complete movie. As the last (2) parts are set in the 1940s (and later) and showing a grown up Zygmunt, I assume rather medium or fewer sailor suit scenes.
There are also some good and funny scenes, so I will create a separate story entry soon.
I hope for a soon broadcasting or DVD. I rate "only" with 9, as I don't like the short white sailor suit of the main character and the rest are probably rather few scenes. No clips. Also starring Mario Adorf, Dolly Dollar, Helmut Zierl and Michael Gempart.
