-Comment: Some teen girls at school in sailor fukus. There are also younger and older boys acting (young monks and I think also teen boys) but probably not in sailor suits. There is also a sequel (same year).
I found it by coincidence but I only checked it briefly on YouTube. I can't say much more yet. There are maybe better (Asian) movies. Romance and comedy film.
Original titles "旋风小子" and "笑林小子". Also starring Taiwanese teen boy singer Jimmy Lin and teen girl Vivian Hsu. Most sailor fuku movies are Japanese and the round collar is also quite rare. Sadly short collar flap on the back.
Rating 2-3 for now.
