Update: Die Feuerzangenbowle (1944)

Has been aired recently but this time, I have only watched the beginning and later checked it and found one more scene of boys in sailor suits and also a lady.

Pic 1 at 44 minutes, pic 2 at 11 minutes, pic 3  at 1h18. But all scenes are rather short and from a distance. I don't like this movie. Most students are very old. New tag: hats.

Update: Emil und die Detektive (1954)

Has just been aired and I've seen it almost completely. Many boys in Lederhosen including H-style suspenders and smooth finished leather (also cycling and skating) but mainly from a distance and in the last 15 minutes. Fewer scenes of around 3 boys only in the major parts of the movie. Also men and a brief spanking scene and nice rear views.

More infos and new pics in the main entry, still rating 5, maybe 6.

Rather few good scenes and those from a distance. I prefer Heimatfilms. Interesting scenes of 1950s Berlin. The plot is somehow a bit weak, although from Erich Kästner.

Needs to be rechecked more carefully at slow speed.

Again, A Merry Christmas! This show has been rebroadcasted yesterday on WDR. I have only seen some few parts at the end. Filmed in Salzburg or Saulzburg region, the location of the famous Christmas song Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht. (Silent Night, Holy Night).

Not sure about the name of the choir, maybe der Kinderchor der Gumpoldskirchner Spatzen. Hosts Sonja Weissensteiner and Harald Krassnitzer.

Rating at least 4-5. Needs to be rechecked. I didn't expect Lederhosen this year at Christmas, as I can't receive Bavarian channel BR anymore.

Update: Completely seen (at regular speed). Unfortunately only this, very brief scene of a sailor suit. The 2nd half is set in~1939 with different actors. At the end a man in longer Lederhosen. Also rather few and brief scenes of 30s uniforms.

Interesting plot and facts, I didn't knew. Some handsome boys. Also soon on my pigtails blog.

Previously rated 5, now for the very brief scene rating 2-3. Movie itself rating ~5-6.
