–Comment: One boy (Ottó Ulmann) in a blue sailor suit, dark blue collar, 3 stripes and a grey, woollen sleeveless pullover. Long collar flap. Also undressing the collar. Also he and a man in festive uniforms and he in beige and I think grey shorts.

1945 novel by Bela Balazs. Adventures of Karcsi - The story of a German boy.

Interesting, but rather few sailor suit scenes. And I somehow don't like this boy, although blond.

So rating ~4-5.

–Comment: At least one boy at school in Lederhosen with H-style suspenders and some more in shorts, some might be leather. Pic from episode 4. I have briefly checked all episodes, and haven't found more/better scenes. There are also older boys I think in shorts, though.

Main character are two Gypsy girls. I used to watch this series in my childhood. There are better series.

Book: Der Klub der Harmlosen

 

There are many vintage books (I have some few other posts). This early 1949 book looks interesting. Authors: Irmgard Muske (and Horst Weiß), publisher J.G. Oncken, which is a Christian publisher. With b&w illustrations.

I have seen 2 sample pages (incl illustration) at a school. I don't like the early style of writing (old names, old works etc). So I haven't ordered this.

Another interesting episode from 2018 has been aired yesterday. The main plot is about a girl (alpine lifesaver plot, Bavaria). One longer scene in the middle is about traditional dancing including Schuhplattler. Black or similar Lederhosen. Boys and teen boys. One boy (on left) is very handsame but (looking) younger.

Schloss Einstein - ep 1011

 

Chiara as anime girl in a sailor dress/sailor fuku. Here in ep 1011 but I think also in earlier seasons. She often has either just the wig or sporting buns, blonde, rather short hair and freckles. Also dental braces. I like this actress, but she's very thin.
