I collect informations, trailer videos, low-res images and personal comments/ratings. This blog was introduced in 2011. 2012-2020 on Wordpress. Now I'm back. Update will take a while.

Also other boys and men in bib overalls (see my other blog, rating 6).
For more infos about this rare movie check my other blog. I only have seen the first 30 minutes but don't expect much more.
Here rating 7 for this rare wearing of overalls and sailor dress at the same time. Even with a good long collar.
A very good Lederhosen movie /Heimatfilm coming next. And don't forget "Krupp - Eine deutsche Familie" tomorrow.

-Comment: At least 2 girls/young women in different sailor dresses, including Valerie Koch as young Bertha (white sailor dress, pic 2, set in 1901 in Italy), a teen boy Theo Trebs ("Das weiße Band", rating 3) in pic 1 in traditional alpine clothing and longer Lederhosen, in part 2, see that entry) And there is also a man in short Lederhosen on the left. I can't say exactly as the pics are from the official trailer in the same low resolution (not on YouTube). Also at least men in uniforms.
ON TV. Part 1 next Tuesday on German 3sat.
At least confirmed setting from 1901, 1930s to the 1950s.
Looks quite interesting, although I don't expect many (good) Lederhosen scenes.
Rating 5-6 for now. Update: Now I've seen part 1. Even good sailor suit of the Theo Trebs and even 3 younger siblings. Previously rated 5 now 6 for now. Good Sailor suit pic:

Schloss Einstein ep 790
After a long time Johnny again in longer Lederhosen (brief scene near the beginning wearing a red vest over them). S16e50. Also in underwear (blue shorts). Maybe he is wearing those under the Lederhosen. Also a younger boy sitting in longer Lederhosen (brief dream scene). At the end Johnny and a teen girl in marine uniforms (jackets and hats, but no sailor suits/dresses/collars). Maybe also of interest Tommy (older teen boy, still wearing braces and since a long time not his longer curly hair) in an octopus costume (lycra).
No need for showing again Johnny's Lederhosen (scenes are as far not as good as in earlier episodes). See also my posts in this and both my other blogs. He is also getting thinner and thinner and/or taller. Colorful episode. Johnny was also kissing a girl but didn't feel anything.
Rebroadcasting as usual next Saturday (or online). Rating 5. Main entry (including other boys in short Lederhosen) at

Exclusive pic#46 class forest sailor suit

This photo postcard showing a class in the woods 1910s or 1920s. Only 2 kids in sailor suits. A boy in the middle (blurred while moving) and 2 kids further right with longer hair probably a girl?
I can't say much more about it. Probably Germans. Boys with short hair, some wearing ties and suspenders. Maybe some are brothers. Also note the flowers in the girls' hairs. Is this some kind of fest? May? Also funny the teacher.
Every girl has flowers in the hair. So the 2nd kid in sailor suit is also a boy? Big eyes, long hair. Looks extremely feminine for these days. But I don't like this pic.

Oberstadtgass
Drama starring Schaggi Streuli
-Year: 1956
-Year in film: 1950s
-Country: Switzerland
-Who in clothing: boys ~12, Lederhosen
-Who in clothing 2: boys shorts, shortalls
-Available on DVD: yes
-I own: yes, TV recording
-Clothing occurence: very low *
-Rating: 3/10
-Rating: ***
-Comment: 2 boys (or maybe he's the same) in buckskin Lederhosen with suspenders. 2 brief scenes. Also some boys, including the main character Mäni (Jürg Grau) in shorts (one in black shorts but most in beige or light colored shorts). 1 young boy in shortalls (see my bib overalls blog).
Finally another Lederhosen movie. Had just been aired. Although in Switzerland unfortunately very few Lederhosen scenes. Pic 1 showing a boy at the wedding at the very end of the movie (in the middle, rear view only) and in the middle of the movie one boy playing on the stairs (front+rear view but far in the background only). Maybe I missed some scenes?
The boys are not thin. Many scenes of the boys (in shorts) but I somehow don't like the movie. There are much better ones.
Rating 3-4 for the Lederhosen scenes, rating 4-5 for the movie. Alternate title "In allen Gassen wohnt das Glück". Sequel to Polizischt Wäckerli (which I also have to check).

Info 181: Update Raspoutine (2011)
I now have seen a pic of an older boy in a uniform as pictured in this movie starring Gérard Depardieu..
Previously I only have seen a pic of a very young Alexei, about 4 yo in a sailor suit.
I still haven't seen this movie completely and can't say if there are more scenes of an older Alexei in sailor suit or similar.
