–Comment: James Hillier-Brook in a shiny silky sailor suit. White stockings, collar and shoes. Rating 4-5, almost 5. Also in white pajamas. There's also another boy in a shirt with ruffles at the end.

I found this Christmas special by coincidence, there are also others. I have 2 other movies here both rating 3, thereof one in faked Lederhosen, and also some on my overalls blog (teen boy rating 7).

R.I.P. Björn Andrésen (Death in Venice)

 

Yesterday, I read about his death 2 or 3 days ago aged 70. He appeared as 14 yo Tadzio in Death in Venice (Morte a Venezia, 1971) in both white and blue sailor suits and bathing costume. There also was a documentary "The Most Beautiful Boy in the World". I made these larger caps. R.I.P.

–Comment: At least these boys in historical clothes, at least shorts. Also in youth uniforms. Set in 1945. No Lederhosen known (yet). I first thought that they wore overalls, but are just aprons.

I don't know the movie but this is very interesting. New in cinemas.

Needs to be checked later (when available on TV, I hope for Summer 2026 or earlier). 

Based on memories of Hark Bohm. Starring Matthias Schweighöfer.

Movie rating probably around 6-7. For clothes currently rating ~4-5.

I have uploaded a partial clip of this. I only found on YouTube one in very low res 240p. Mine is from a 2017 documentary and cropped widescreen. I have to search if I have a better one, or maybe just screenshots.
