–Comment: Episode 3 (s2e1) has been aired yesterday. I missed it almost completely as I have seen "All Inclusive", Shiny shorts blog rating 9.

There are some few young boys in Lederhosen shown (buckskin and probably nappa, no suspenders, obviously in the 1950s in East Germany, also many boys (shirtless) in speedos. Pic 2 showing boys in sailor suits obviously in the 1920s. Shorts with suspenders. Also grown-ups in historical clothes and hats, including women.

Also scenes in colors (1970s) in speedos. But mainly or only from a distance.

Very similar to the “Meine Kindheit…” series also showing these kind of footage scenes and interviews of celebrities. Season 1 showing men, women and few young boys in overalls (other blog rating 3).

Needs to be rechecked. Update: Now completetly checked. Very few (good) scenes.

–Comment: At least 7 older school girls in mainly dark blue, long sailor dresses including 15 yo main character Janka (pic 1, Janna in Germany) played by Agnieszka Krukówna. I think also at least 3 boys in sailor suits, like one in pic 4 (ep 7) but mainly from a distance. At least one boy in longer shorts with H-style suspenders, also shirtless boys in underwear or white and other longer shorts (ep 9). Also some other girls in sailor dresses, one in white and one in light grey. And women in sailor-style dresses and (white) collars.

After the series "Urwisy z Doliny Mlynow", german title: Die Kinder vom Mühlental (pigtails blog, overalls blog (boys) and bedroom blog, I also checked this series.

I was surprised abut the early 1920s setting and the many costumes. The blue sailor dresses have blue dickeys, collars and scarves and 4 stripes. Good rear views in ep 4.

Interesting series (and 1990 movie) but very few scenes of boys in sailor suits.

So rating 5-6 only.

–Comment: Several Pioneer boys and I think some girls (mainly in pigtails) in Lederhosen,some with H-style suspenders. Few are probably smooth finished leather including the boy with the red shirt. Some good rear views while climbing. Some shorts, however, are more likely cotton.

52 minutes. Long scenes at least at around 20-30 minutes. I only have checked it at high speed. English title: Blue Bandanas in the Summer Wind.

Rating 7 for now.

Update: Schau in meine Welt!

I now have rechecked Ep 187 “Ludwig, der Schuhplattler” (rating 6) and made some pics (previously no pics).

Many boys and men in Lederhosen at the beginning (but mainly from a distance). I think main character Ludwig on front during a competition in pic 2.

Later some boys dancing Schuhplattler and dancing with girls. Also one younger, blonde boy (red/ white checkered shirt). Mainly teen boys, some also sitting.

I only have checked this briefly. Part 1 "A Circle of Children" is much better (boys including Matthew Labyorteaux shirtless in swimwear, shiny shorts blog rating 8).

Rating 3 for this sailor suit. Late, rare setting.

–Comment: At least one younger, blonde boy, running wet in Lederhosen without suspenders. Very brief flashback scene at 44 minutes when Fuchsberger telling his story, maybe set in the 1920s. Also running, rear view (from a distance). And several 70s boys in shorts, speedo and other colorful 1970s clothes.

Has been aired yesterday. I missed some parts at the beginning and only watched until the wig scene at 1h00. Young boy Ulli in blonde pigtails (pigtails blog rating 7).

I don't like at all the 70s and the boys in wild, medium long haircuts. Sebastian is quite handsome but most others aren't. So I haven't watched the complete movie for years.

Very famous movie and often rebroadcasted. I also have the 1954 b&w movie (rating 4, Lederhosen and rating 8 on my pigtails blog) and the 2nd, 2003 remake (rating 2, sailor suits Thomaner choir boys).

–Comment: Sorry, a bit off topic as I'm running out of Lederhosen movies. At least historical clothes in or around the 1870s. Roderick Shaw (1958-1996) in knickers and a vest (also other pants including beige and grey. Long?) and teen girls and women in dresses, maybe sailor-style and also straw hats. Also other boys and girls.

I don't know/remember the complete series. Looks a bit old fashioned and mainly with and for teen girls and horses.

Maybe not bad for the plot and these days. Pic from s1e1.

Update: Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory

Next to the fat boy 12 yo Augustus in Bavarian clothes (shorts or Lederhosen, rating 3) and 11 yo Mike in Western clothes (Western blog rating 5), there's also 13 yo Denise Nickerson as Violet in a red sailor dress. Red collar and dickey and one dark blue stripe and scarf.

I assume very few scenes, maybe only this one. This is on a TV within the movie.

I have seen this movie many years ago but have to recheck it completetly.

Famous movie, especially after Gene Wilder died, but I prefer the 2005 remake starring Johnny Depp.

–Comment: Some orphans in 1930s clothes, but mainly shirts and long pants. Historical clothes mainly of some students in ep. 5, knickers, short bow ties, red caps. Some boys in shorts. Best is of course 12 yo Branko (shirtless and wet in black shorts, shiny shorts blog rating 6). Setting, clothes, haircuts and some actors look very similar to my unknown movie #25. I have checked the complete series at high speed, but couldn't find the scenes from my pics. Can someone confirm if it's it or isn't?

Also some other interesting scenes. One man stole the (long) pants of a boy at a hayloft. And 2 boys shirtless sharing one bed (soon on my bedroom blog, rating 9).

The 2008 movie remake starring Mario Adorf is very poor.

No Lederhosen, no sailor suits in this series. Quite boring, except for Branko. (Main character is a teen girl).

So rating 4-5 for the historical clothes.
