-Comment: Some boys (orphans) in buckskin Lederhosen (with and without H-suspenders), grey, brown and black, not sure about smooth finish Lederhosen. This is about a music boarding school with many kids. I don't know/don't remember this film and not sure if I would like it. Though many famous actors (next to Peter Alexander, Bibi Johns, Rudolf Platte, Roland Kaiser (here aged ~14 ys) and Erik Ode, who also directed). Choir is dubbed by boys choir Schöneberger Sängerknaben. Film is available on VHS or DVD box "Wirtschaftwunder-Kino 4: Peter Alexander Kollektion 2" with 2 other films (probably without Lederhosen?) Lots of kids, but I don't assume good Lederhosen scenes here. Most boys look also quite young. So rating 5 for now.

-Comment: David Eberts (pictured) in blue sailor suit. Also breeches and a bathing costume. Yet another masterpiece featuring a sailor suit. Set in 1920s Austria and very good plot with an asthmatic boy and a coming of age plot. Novel by Stefan Zweig, directed by Andrew Birkin. Venice Film Festival award for Eberts. Remake of "Brennendes Geheimnis (1933)". I saw this (1988) film many years ago and don't remember it completely, but I assume few sailor suit scenes. I like this film, atmosphere and actor. Nearly perfect film (rated PG), but for sailor suit scenes only rating 8 for now, but I have to watch this movie again. Also starring Faye Dunaway and Ian Richardson. 

Info 11: blond teen boy in Lederhosen, teen girls, Trachtenjugend

Today I searched the web for pics and vids of teens and kids in Lederhosen (Trachtenjugend Trachtenvereine, Schuhplattler etc).

There are a lot of pics and clubs but some have few info or few low res pics. I found some vids one YouTube, but none with kids or teens only.

A freckled blond boy with long Lederhosen sticking out his tongue. Obergnas Austria. Very funny. Also other younger boys (mostly in later albums). Also some teen girls in Lederhosen in Album Lodz (POL).

-Comment: At least 2 boys in smooth finish Lederhosen (pictured) in episode 47. 2 zippers. Also others in German uniforms. I don't remember this complete episode and I think there are also other kids in Lederhosen in other episodes. Series is mostly about the life of grandparents or parents (so in the 1930s or 1950s). There is a DVD box 1 but without this episode but probably they will release a box 2 in the near future. Main character is the blond boy (Herbert), but he also wore other clothes and pajamas. But I like the boy in green. There is also another DVD retro box with one single episode, but without Lederhosen. My recording is uncomplete and in very bad image quality. I think I will buy the DVDs, maybe in used condition.

-Comment: Very young Brittany Ashton Holmes in a sailor suit (dress), pictured. At least of quite unusual color. She's on a boat with Alfalfa (Bug Hall) with the dark hair spike. Short scene, but funny like the complete film. Also some good scenes of actors, mostly young boys of the gang in bib overalls (see my other blog). But I don't like this remake (rating 5 for bib scenes). Young Artist Award for her and the other kids of the gang. Funny family entertainment though rated PG. Also some embarassing underwear scenes of the boy (tighty whities). Also starring Jordan Warkol and Courtland Mead (The Shining (1997 series)).

-Comment: Rolf Pinegger as Loisl (picture top left ~9-10 ys) in buckskin Tracht Lederhosen, other boys in Lederhosen (partly Patina or smooth finish?) and 4 men in blue or black sailor suits (pic below). Good movie with famous actors, next to Fuchsberger also Marianne Hold, Beppo Brem, Alice and Ellen Kessler (Kessler Zwillinge, twins) and others, also many songs. Best scene pictured top right where boys are playing on the road and Fuchsberger gave them a lift with his red Mercedes cabriolet. One boy (on right) is sitting at the edge of the car with one leg outside. Looks like smooth finish Lederhosen or Patina. Short scene in the middle of the film. Also very short scene with the men in sailor suits. In total medium to fewer Lederhosen scenes. Some clips on YouTube, mainly songs (also without title of film). Can't find any DVD or VHS releases. At the end also many in traditional Bavarian Tracht (see clip). Although rather few good Lederhosen scenes rating 9.
