Ich - Dann eine Weile nichts

Another missing post (not on the A-Z list). Obviously all posts (that I hadn't re-uploaded before) from ~Dec 2018-March 2020 are missing on the A-Z list. Very few movies still missing. I think ~3 with Lederhosen and ~9 with sailor suits. And maybe 1-2 updates. So I will add the Our Gang movies after that and girls. Obviously I already had re-uploaded the best movies.

Update: Aber Vati!

 

A lost update from 24. June 2018. The Lederhosen, previously assumed nappa leather seems of very thin, shiny fabric. Maybe synthetic fabric /some sort of plastic? I don't think that there's that thin leather or nappa.

I also found another, younger boy, this one look like buckskin leather. Unknown episode, maybe last one of the 1974 series. 2 zippers, no suspenders.

I had 2 more pics, one more of the 1979 episode of these boys. And one similar pic of pic 1 and the in the main post.

Great series and I think many scenes.

Another missing post. Pic from Feb 2018. Rating was 5. Late 1987 East German DEFA drama teen film. Late 80s setting hence the modern clothes. At least this boy (maybe main character 12 yo Sören Lißner) in Lederhosen. Looks like nappa or smooth finished to me. I assume few (goood) Lederhosen scenes. I haven't rechecked this recently.

Maybe some other scenes of interest. Nice summer camp setting. For Lederhosen I prefer earlier (50s) setting.

But good Lederhosen.

As announced, this post (pic from Jan 18 2018) was missing next to some others.

I don't remember the amount of scenes, probably few or very few. Rating was 4. Now it looks even better. Not sure if they are smooth-finished leather. DEFA-film. Starring Sonja Ziemann. Not sure about the actor's names. Maybe Hans Neie (*1932) or Herbert Stetza?

Character should be 12 yo but looking younger.

I don't like the 70s. The boy is not that handsome, I only noticed these 2 longer scenes.

I haven't seen the movie, yet. But I assume rather few scenes of the kids (at school). But might be interesting. Directed by Egon Günther ("Blauvogel", "Heimatmuseum", Die Leiden des jungen Werthers").

I have rechecked this nice movie (rating 8) so some better and larger pics. My favourite Lederhosen is this boy with the smooth finished Lederhosen sitting in the class (some scenes like at 20 minutes). Another scene with him walking outside at 56 minutes (pic 2 on far left).

Some few other boys, also with H-style suspenders. And girls and boys in short shorts and/or Lederhosen.

Several scenes, also sitting. At 1h02 inside, the leather almost looks black and like smooth finished but probably aren't. Hair then reminds of John Philip Hogdon.

Handsome boy, but I prefer Heimatfilms or smooth finished leather.

Although a teacher plot, more than half of the scenes showing grown-ups only. Few other scenes of interest. One other boy shirtless.

1976 novel by Günter Görlich. I found this by coincidence but only have checked it briefly. I think rather few good scenes. Older boys in Lederhosen are quite rare in East German movies. But I don't like this thin actor and 70s style clothes and haircuts.

Rating 4 only. But probably a good plot, like usual.

–Comment: Episode 3 (s2e1) has been aired yesterday. I missed it almost completely as I have seen "All Inclusive", Shiny shorts blog rating 9.

There are some few young boys in Lederhosen shown (buckskin and probably nappa, no suspenders, obviously in the 1950s in East Germany, also many boys (shirtless) in speedos. Pic 2 showing boys in sailor suits obviously in the 1920s. Shorts with suspenders. Also grown-ups in historical clothes and hats, including women.

Also scenes in colors (1970s) in speedos. But mainly or only from a distance.

Very similar to the “Meine Kindheit…” series also showing these kind of footage scenes and interviews of celebrities. Season 1 showing men, women and few young boys in overalls (other blog rating 3).

Needs to be rechecked. Update: Now completetly checked. Very few (good) scenes.
