The Picasa albums are currently still up (July 20th 8am German time). But there are at least pics of the Rasputin/Alexei list missing (update: no, they were missing before, wordpress links, but I will fix them now). One day later the Picasa albums got deleted.

Yesterday, I have re-uploaded 14 pics of posts rated 4-5 (both Lederhosen and sailor suits). I haven't re-uploaded rating 4 or 3-4.

Pics including this (please use a blog search)

2. Für'n Groschen Brause

3. Blaue Helm

4. Alles dreht sich um Michael

5. Das fliegende Klassenzimmer (1954)

6. Waldrausch (1962)

Unknown 31: Unknown Heimatfilm

During research for "Rosamunde Pilcher: Vier Luftballons und ein Todesfall" (see my overalls blog, rating 5), I've found this pic on Google Images which is misaligned to this movie. It was originally posted on "Augsburger Allgemeine" online, 2 days ago and is obviously a different part of  a TV programme.

I'm not sure if it's a modern Heimatfilm (image ratio is not fullscreen but rather wide, image quality and colors are good, man and women looks also modern, haircut, glasses) or if it's a classic movie (60s) as the short Lederhosen suggests.

The time could also be wrong. So it might be a Christmas broadcast. The only notable was Sissy (mainly part 1).

I've also checked the online magazine, but I haven't found it. Most movies there are from ZDF, like the misaligned text. Or could be at BR.

Can anybody help? Maybe I already have this movie. Especially when it's a classic.

Probably it's at the end of the movie, a marriage?

Update: I rechecked it and found it on the newspaper dated 1-1-2022. Pic is not from a movie but 10 year old pic of priest Herbert Kohler from Neuburg.

Boys and men in Lederhosen. B&w and color.

2 episodes have recently been aired (Dec 18). I haven't seen them completely. In the 1969 color episode "Weihnachts Traditionen" there were at least 2 boys in very long buckskin Lederhosen.

Sorry, I haven't made pics and I haven't found them online (not even on the mediathek).

There might be even better episodes. But probably mainly grown-ups  (as shown on the few clips on the web).

There are several other alpha-retro episodes on the mediathek but mainly b&w and few Lederhosen scenes. One is "Links und rechts vom Glockenbach" (very young boy in Lederhosen and Tyrolean hat, b&w).

One earlier episode I had is (no pic as well)

Frau Holle (1961)

Family film, fairy tales, Germany.
Repost Jan 2019.
At least 2 boys in longer pants with H-style suspenders. Probably no Lederhosen and I think few scenes.
Rating was probably 2 or 3.

Heidi (1974)

TV series UK. One boy, probably Peter in long pants, maybe leather with H-style suspenders.
Repost March 2020. Rating ~3-4.
I already have posted the best reposts. There weren't that many good posts after 1/2018. Mainly sailor suits and some updates. So I will continue posting medium rated posts, mainly sailor suits.

I also have other Heidi versions (1937, 1968). No real Lederhosen in any of them.

Update 2: Heidemelodie

During research for pics for my other blogs, I found some larger pics of this very good and rare movie (rating 10, TOP#1, smooth finished Lederhosen).

Pic 2 is new and showing another boy on the left at school. Maybe it's then same boy pictured in pic 1 (blonde, same shirt). The redhaired boy on the right is also shown at the doctor (pic in the main entry).

Unfortunately still not on DVD. I have to recheck if I have a TV recording. But if so, then most likely not completely.

Verliebte Ferien in Tirol

verliebteferienintirol

Heimatfilm starring Uschi Glas
Year: 1971
Year in film: ~1970
Country: Germany
Who in clothing: Peterl ~10 ? suspenders
Who in clothing 2: men Lederhosen
Available on DVD: yes
I own: no
Clothing occurence: low ?
Rating:  3/10 ?
Rating: ***
Comment: One boy, maybe Alfred Litzinger in long, grey cotton pants with H-style leather suspenders and a Tyrolean hat. According to the movie poster also in short Lederhosen. Near the end also young men and maybe teen boys in short Lederhosen dancing Schuhplattler. Also a spanking scene of the boy outside.

I think few good scenes. Typical late musical Heimatfilm. Directed by Harald Reinl, starring Hans-Jürgen Bäumler, Georg Thomalla, Rudolf Prack and Beppo Brem.

So rating 3-4 for now only.

Leo (2006)

German TV comedy film starring Elmar Wepper
Year: 2006
Year in film: 2000s ?
Country: Germany
Who in clothing: Paul ~5 ?, Lederhosen
Who in clothing 2: woman, man overalls
Available on DVD: yes
I own: no
Clothing occurrence: low
Rating:  6/10
Rating: ******
Comment: At least Hayo Bertram, around 5 or 6 yo in buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders, also sitting. I think rather few scenes, mainly or only at the beginning. He wears a basecap backwards, what is quite rare in combination with traditional Lederhosen. In pic 3, his Lederhosen appear a bit longer than on the other pics, so therefor 3 pics.

Also a man (Wepper) and a young lady in bib overalls (other blog, now rating 3 instead of 4-5 due to very brief scenes).

Not bad, but he's very young. Typical movie of it's kind. Modern Heimatfilm. Farm setting.

So rating 5-6. (Rather 5 due to his age and few scenes).

This evening on MDR:

Auf der Alm, da gibt's ka Sünd' (1950)

aufderalmdagibtskoasuend1950

Heimatfilm starring Maria Andergast
Year: 1950
Year in film: ~1950 ?
Country: Austria
Who in clothing: boys ~6 ?
Who in clothing 2: men Lederhosen
Available on DVD: VHS, DVD *
I own: no
Clothing occurence: low
Rating:  3/10 ?
Rating: ***
Comment: Some younger boys in H-Style suspenders and probably shorts (not sure about this or other boys in real Lederhosen). Few scenes of kids at the beginning and end, there from a distance. And men in Lederhosen, also dancing.

I found this by coincidence but can't say much more. Alternate title: Auf der Alm da gibt's koa Sünd.

More famous is the 1974 erotic movie with men and women in Lederhosen. But I don't know boys or girls in there.

There are obviously better movies. Rating 2-3 for now only. Available on VHS and RC0 DVD, maybe no official release but DVDr.

Ein Geheimnis im Dorf - Schwester und Bruder

Modern Heimatfilm starring Max von Thun

Country: Austria
Who in clothing: boys ~6+9, Lederhosen
Who in clothing 2: boy ~11 jeans
Available on DVD: no ?
I own: no, partly TV recording
Clothing occurence: very low ?
Rating:  3/10 ?
Rating: ***
Comment: Has been aired yesterday. Unfortunately I have missed most parts and the complete last 30 minutes. I noticed only one very brief flashback scene (set maybe in the late 70s or 80s) at 12 minutes scene with a young boy in longer buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders (mainly from a distance). Also a 2nd older boy but very briefly (headshot). The younger boy is also being spanked lying on the grass (close-up vies/headshots).

Available on the mediathek but I don't have the time to check the complete movie at slow speed. I will check some scenes from the end, if I have missed anything, please comment.

One older boy (Enzo Gaier), around 11 yo but probably not in Lederhosen but jeans.

Rating 3 for now only. Typical modern Heimatfilm with crime elements.

Also being aired yesterday: Der Mann, der nach Oma kam.

That movie itself was good and funny, but the boy in Lederhosen too young. Rating 3.

Rennsteiglied

Music clip
Year: 1983
Year in film: 1983
Country: East Germany
Who in clothing: boys ~7-10 Lederhosen
Who in clothing 2:
Available on DVD: yes
I own: no
Clothing occurrence: low ?
Rating:  7/10 ?
Rating: *******
Comment: At least 6 boys in different short and tight Lederhosen. Maybe the boy in the right in smooth finish Lederhosen (probably not)? And some more (younger) boys in the choir itself I think in smooth finished Lederhosen.

Finally some good Lederhosen! And finally a choir entry (1st of the DDR?) Has been aired yesterday in the show "Damals war's" and I almost forgot this. Brief scene after ~1h15. It shows Herbert Roth and the Rundfunk-Kinderchor Leipzig (now MDR Kinderchor) correct title "Herbert Roth & Rundfunkkinderchor Leipzig: Das Rennsteiglied", mixed choir.
Unknown year, maybe according to his haircut in the 60s or 70s.

The year you have to guess in this episode was the death year of Roth. I haven't heard of him before and my final guess of the year was 1981 (but was wrong).
Maybe is this even taken from a movie or TV special (1976 or 1979 would make sense) about him?  In the 1983 TV show "Von der Wartburg bis zur Saale" was that song "Rennsteig-Lied" shown, also with that choir,
but unknown if it was showing this scene. This is or was available on DVD from harmonika
but I guess the clip was at least recorded earlier. The Rennsteig vinyl LPs were released in the mid 70s, the song is from 1951.

I only found  a clip in bad image quality so I've taken that from the mediathek. Few infos, few good pics and no clips about the early choir.

I think, I can give rating 7-8 for now.

Update: In the 2017 documentary it says that this clip appears in the 1983 show. Had same pic

Update: Johanna - Köchin aus Leidenschaft

johannakoechinausleidenschaft2johanna-koechinausleidenschaft

This modern Heimatfilm has been aired yesterday. Unfortunately, I missed again most of it. I already had an entry (boy, sailor-style clothes, rating 3, but there's also boys in Lederhosen (at least a toddler, in or outside a church) and maybe men as well. Also choir boys in white gowns and others (women, maybe girls) in traditional clothing.

I have a short recording with the toddler (bad pic) and the choir boys. Coming soon. Not on the mediathek. Available on DVD. New tag Lederhosen.

Sorry, pics are even worse than thought. Fast moving, especially the choirboys.

Der Bergdoktor (1992)

Modern Heimatfilm drama series
Year: 1992-2005
Year in film: 1990s
Country: Germany
Who in clothing: Maxl ~11 (s1), Lederhosen
Who in clothing 2: Maxl jeans
Available on DVD: yes, s1-4
I own: yes, partly TV recordings
Clothing occurrence: low ?
Rating:  7/10 ?
Rating: *******
Comment: Austrian, freckled Manuel Guggenberger in longer buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders. Pics from s1e10, also being grapped by the suspenders. Also men in Lederhosen. Probably more episodes (shorter Lederhosen ?) and other boys well. But he mostly wore jeans. In pic 2 he wears a backpack so looks like additional straps.

How on Earth could I forget this series? My favourite modern Heimatfilm series.

After finding Oliver Grober in "Hallo, Onkel Doc!" (overalls blog rating 5) I come to this series where he also starred (s5e1, double episode, unknown if in Lederhosen, obviously not). I still have to check more episodes. But probably Maxl wore Lederhosen less frequently and only on special occasions when he got older in later seasons. I also remember shirtless scenes of Maxl in jeans wearing perfume.

Rating at least 7-8 for now.

There is also a later 2008 series with different actors and doctor, but not far as good as this one. (Maybe some episodes ?)

Comment: Austrian Samuel Jung (then Samuel Weber-Jung) around 9 yo (but small and younger looking) in black, buckskin Lederhosen (unknown length) and medium brown H-Style suspenders.

Sorry, I haven't found any clips or pics to use, some pics are here

High res pics here

Finally another TV Heimatfilm and Lederhosen film. Aka "Herzschnitt". I found it by coincidence during research. Filmed in Austria in 2012 but German movie and (partly German actors) , boy born in Vienna. Profile here

http://www.schauspielervideos.de/fullprofile/schauspieler-samuel-jung.html

Also a woman (his film mother) in bib overalls doing farm work (overalls blog rating 5).

Rating 6-7 for Lederhosen for now. Needs to be rechecked. I hope for a soon broadcasting. Now rating 3. One more pic at

Die Leute von St. Benedikt

Modern Heimatfilm TV series starring Barbara Wussow
Year: 1992
Year in film: 1990s
Country: Germany, Austria
Who in clothing: men, Lederhosen
Who in clothing 2: boys Lederhosen ??
Available on DVD: yes
I own: no
Clothing occurence: low ?
Rating:  3/10??
Rating: ***
Comment: At least men in Lederhosen. Probably boys as well (maybe in ep 2 Das Schützenfest ?). Can anybody help here? Also kids in snow clothes (looks like coveralls).

I found this by coincidence checking for other TV broadcastings. It has recently been aired on Austrian TV but is unfortunatley not available on the mediathek anymore. 13 episodes a 47 minutes.

There's one young boy around 7 yo called Thomas Bakos, but unknown if in Lederhosen.

Few pics on the web (only showing men in Lederhosen and partly people in the background), no clips. Hope for a soon rebroadcasting but I don't assume many (good) scenes.

So rating 3-4 for now only.

S'Waisechind vo Engelberg

Heidi-Heimatfilm starring Gustav Knuth
Year: 1956
Year in film: 1880 ?
Country: Switzerland
Who in clothing: boys ~9-11, Lederhosen
Who in clothing 2: shorts
Available on DVD: yes
I own: yes
Clothing occurrence: often
Rating:  7/10
Rating: *******
Comment: Mainly one boy in high cut, beige buckskin Lederhosen with H-style suspenders, one other in longer cotton shorts with H-style suspenders (pic 3 at 1h01 on the left, is this Peter ?) he is also depantsed, wearing tighty whiteys underneath, suspenders still up (at 37 minutes). Some other boys in shorts and longer pants, some few might be out of leather, some maybe corduroy. Some few other boys in short Lederhosen at the beginning. One boy at the beginning and maybe in pic 4 wearing black or dark shorts or Lederhosen, might be smooth finished leather. But brief scenes and from a distance.

DVD already received today. Much better than thought and many (good) scenes and many boys. Remastered audio and video. Swiss-German and German audio, no subtitles. 1h28 min. The movie itself is somehow not the best but I have seen the last 2/3rd only at high speed, yet. Aka Heidemarie. Fanous novel by Johanna Spyri. The only Heidi movie with boys in real Lederhosen. Lederhosen scenes:

At 3 minutes: Outside school, at 5 minutes one boy in Lederhosen sitting on a railing, 18 min at a lake pic 4, 21 min inside house, slapping Heidi, 23 inside 2 boys walking brief rear view, 36 outside pic 2 (boy in Lederhosen coming down from the hayloft,  37 depantsing and hands tied, 54 walking pulling a hay cart and sitting on it let Heidi pull, 1h01 pic 3, 1h03 several boys standing phone call, 1h26 standing, walking, front+rear (best scene, quite long).

Very good, but rating 7-8 only compared to other movies. I will rewatch it and maybe update this.

Heidi (1968) rating 5

Heidi (1937) rating 4-

Info 216: S'Waisechind vo Engelberg (purchased)

heidemarie3

I have recently ordered this interesting Heimatfilm aka Heidemarie (1956). At least 2 boys showing, probably much more at school. 1 wearing H-style suspenders but pants not out of leather. The other boy could wear beige buckskin Lederhosen but unsure.

Heidi is a very good movie subject. Unfortunately most or all movies don't show Peter in Lederhosen.

Already received. See next entry. Better than thought.
