-Comment: Shirley Temple (pictured left in the middle) and a lot of other (teen) girls in white sailor dresses, dark blue skirts and collars. No stripes. I have also seen a lobby card with a teen girls in a completely white sailor dress, blue collar and stripes.

Another Shirley Temple movie with her in a sailor dress. But here also with lots of teen girls. 72 minutes b&w or colorized version. Obviously not into Public Domain, at least not on archive.org.

I don't know/don't remember this complete movie and have to check it for other actors/scenes. But obviously rather few sailor dress scenes.

Famous song "Be optimistic", also title of YouTube clips. Also starring George Murphy, Jimmy Durante and Jane Darwell. I also have other movies with Temple (try blog search with Shirley). At least one to come.
